Before Scheduling a Visit
Will the sofa/carpet be wet after cleaning?
The dry-foam method we use for sofas only wets the surface lightly, and it dries in 2–4 hours. For carpets cleaned with steam extraction, drying takes a little longer depending on the thickness of the material, usually 4–8 hours with the help of a fan.
What if the stain does not come out completely?
Some old stains (for example ink or bleach) cannot be guaranteed to disappear 100%, and our technicians will set realistic expectations before treatment begins. For common stains that should come out, we offer a free redo within 3 days.
Are the cleaning liquids safe for children and pets?
Yes, all the liquids we use are food-grade safe and free of harmful residue, so they are safe for homes with small children and pets once fully dry.
How far in advance should I book?
For regular weekdays, booking one day ahead is usually enough. For weekends or before major holidays, we recommend booking at least 3 days ahead because technician slots fill up quickly.
